Help my dog ate old raw meat what should i do? Will she be ok?

Well we made hamburgers 3 nights ago. The trash hadn't been pick up yet an when we let her out last night she somehow maneged to get into it. There was no actual meat just the tray an paper they where packed in im guessing this is was made her sick. She has diarrhea an has been vomiting. She is my first pet so i don't know what to do. Shes a 6 month old blue nose pitt bull. I read that i should give her Pepto bismo is this right? p.s.It was angus meat if that makes a difference.
