Question about sending test scores?

Yes you can still apply and take the SAT II's in Novemeber...the only thing you have to do, is when you are applying to those schools, in the area that you put your Subject Test scores, is you tell them that you will be taking them in November (it's usually an option)....or just leave the area blank and write in the date you will be taking the exam.
