Cheap laptop capable of running Photoshop CS2?

Hi, I am looking for a laptop for around �300 to �350, and I am just completely confused by all the specifications. Admittedly any new machine I get will be better than the 8 year old desktop I am using currently, but I would really appreciate any suggestions on what type of spec is most important. thanks
