Should the USA be more like Venezuela and stop all criticism of the government, saying it will incite violence?

This is a trick question right? No. it should not do that, because for heaven's sake, it was founded on the criticism's of a government. And the founders wrote the laws specifically to give fail-safes against a government that attempts to silence free speech.
