Divorcing - having problems with et?

I don,t think you can get him out without going to court, but if you are in for a divorce ask your lawyer he/she should be able to advise you. My heart goes out to you as I was in the same position 20 years ago, only it was a council house I was in, and it was the courts who told him to go and sign the house over to me,Thankfully he never put up a fight after that, but I went through three years of hell till my divorce (will never be in that position again)
