Sharp pain in the middle of my back and rectum pressure?

ive been to two doctors and one said i had nothing and the other told me its signs of a bladder infection. Has anyone had this before that can give me some feedback to what it is.Im taking medication but for some reason its not going away. other than that i feel gy and i felt like vomiting when he put his hand on my groin area.serious anwers only?
