Help..my good friend!!!!!!?

Okay well i have a huge problem or rather my friend does...i met her last year and although we're not super close we still tell eachother everything-well she just informed me that she had with this guy she has never even dated..he's just a guy she met like a month ago..then her current bf is pretty much forcing her to put out all the time ...he pretty much d her the 1 time but she won't leave him cuz he's hot...so that's 2 bad incidences..i don't kno how to handle either situation...she always looks to me for advice-her parents are usually not around and she's really a great girl....just 16 and still nieve in many ways..ne ways i need advice pleaz help!
