Does anyone have any plans on how to make a Boat?

Hello me and my brothers live in Philadelphia and we were looking on trying to buy a boat for fishing but instead we thought it would be fun to try and build a boat together before the summer started... So i was wondering if anyone had any plans for us on trying to build a boat... nothing too crazy were not trying to build a yacht you know what i mean just like maybe a 18 foot to 20 foot boat to fit 3 to 4 people so we could use it for fishing and just boating........
