Has anybody used the Northwest Justice Project in Washington state?

I am low income and need a lawyer to fight back child support that I don't owe to the custodial parent because she lived with me at the time. I did not object to child support for two years and because of this, I lost my hearing. I want to specifically know if anyone has used low income lawyer services and do they work?
