How can i afford to go back to school?

i want to become a LPN i have found a school that does not have a waiting list and i can have my degree in 11.5 months!!! however, the cles would be M-F 8am to 5pm. however, i have 13,500 in consumer debts that cost me about 700 a month and i have a car that i am trying to sell that is 15,000 and its 460 a month with innsurance. i do not qualify for financial aid. I have applied for a student loan and it was conditionally approved does any one know if you have to be in school before they give you the money? I need help!! someone please tell me how i can get this done???
